I’ve invited my fellow UW Foster alumni and entrepreneurial sisters, Rosalinda and Elizabeth Mendoza, to walk us through a mezcal tasting featuring small-batch mezcales from remote parts of Mexico including Michoacan, where their family is from. If you’re new to mezcal, don’t worry, we’ll also have wine, non-alcoholic beverages, and food!
