Janice Javier is a senior finance leader with more than a decade of experience driving operational and financial performance across global organizations. At Amazon, she has held leadership roles spanning Amazon Pharmacy, Worldwide Books, Amazon Web Services, and Prime Benefits. In her current role at Amazon Pharmacy, Janice leads growth and topline finance, helping the business rapidly grow its customer base while driving cost savings. Previously, she oversaw finance for content portfolios in Worldwide Books, guided digital reading subscription programs, developed financial modeling for AWS expansion in EMEA, and partnered in launching Prime member benefits.

Beyond Amazon, Janice has held roles in business development in wealth management at Threshold Group and in the nonprofit sector with Year Up. She also serves as Board Chair of FareStart and is deeply engaged in community leadership, mentoring, and civic initiatives. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. Outside of work, she enjoys life in Seattle with her husband, two kids, and dog.
